Pricing and Packages
Two day rental-
Thursday- Friday, Friday- Saturday 8am-11pm, or Saturday- Sunday
First day 8am- 7pm & Second day 8am- 12pm

Our two day rental package includes early access to the venue & suites the day before your event to decorate and have rehearsal.
One weekend day rental-
Friday, Saturday 8am-12pm,
or Sunday 8am-9pm

Our one weekend day rental includes same day early access to the venue & suites to decorate.
Rehearsal will be set on a separate agreed date and time prior to your event.
One week day rental-
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
8am- 9pm

Elopement Packages
50 Maximum
up to 75 at an additional fee of $25 per person

Alcohol is not allowed on rehearsal day of a one day package
Two day package requires 2 day liquor liability policy if serving alcohol on rehearsal day.

Small Event Packages and Pricing
2 hour Rental- $300
3 hour Rental- $400
4 hour Rental- $500
Extra Rentals:
Extra white bar- $20
Oak Hill Pasture can decorate for you with our decor- $250
Table cloths per table- $12

5 hour Rental- $600
6 hour Rental- $700
Each package includes the time for set up and breakdown. There will be no access to our bridal and groomsmen suites.
Event requirements:
Each event has a security deposit of $150 with $125 being refundable.
Events are 50 guest and under. Additional charge of $75 for up to 75 guest.
No tables and chairs outdoors.
No Bouncy houses, water slides, or water toys.
Liquor liability insurance policy is required if alcohol is served at event.
Additional charge will be added for bartender if alcohol is going to be present at event. ( Price will vary based on event)
